Refund policy
Online Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods, in their original condition and packaging (eg box). The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in any way. We will refund the product price but unfortunately, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our store by contacting us on 028 2564 0848. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items. Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form.
We aim to refund you the same day as we receive your return. We strongly recommend you get proof of postage when returning an item through your chosen courier as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. All returns must have an invoice included.
Christmas Returns 2026
All items purchased on or after 17th October 2025 can be returned until 10 January 2026 for an exchange or gift card only.
Please note there are no returns ie (No refund, credit note or exchange will be given) on FINAL sale items.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/sequins/jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof
Instore Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase in the Fred Funk store, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition (unworn) and packaging for an exchange or credit note only. Credit notes have an expiry date of 6 months. All items returned must be accompanied with a valid receipt. Items must be unworn and not damaged. The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in any way. There is no return on sale items.
Faulty Goods
All faulty items returned must have a valid receipt, we can accept proof of purchase (i.e bank statement if paid by card - a refund will only be given with a valid receipt within a reasonable time period and if the goods have a genuine manufacturing fault. Bank statement proof of purchase will receive an exchange or credit note.
Gift Cards
All gift vouchers and credit notes must not be tampered with in any way. Must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. You do not have to use the full amount in one transaction. Should you lose or get a voucher stolen unfortunately we cannot replace the voucher.
Christmas 2023 Returns
Last day for Christmas returns will be on 13th January 2024. Returns will be accepted back for an exchange only if you're outside of the 14 day standard policy. Anything within the 14 day policy period will receive a refund if purchased online. If purchased in store, an exchange or credit note will be offered.
