Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit card payments, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

How can I use my Gift Card or Discount Code?

When you are ready to checkout, there will be an area on the checkout page where it asks for your "Gift card or discount code". You can enter your code here.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.

Orders are processed as soon as possible and usually within 2 days (excluding Sundays). In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and despatch your order promptly. Any exceptional delays will be advised on the website and by email.

How do I know when my order is ready for collection?

We’ll send you a confirmation by email and/or text as soon as your order is ready to collect. This contains instructions on how to pick up your order.
